Throughout the first quarter, Huaming’s direct export orders increased by 119%, turnover increased by 70%, and the order-to-bill ratio was 1.2. Huaming CEO Xiao Yi said: 'In the first quarter of 2021, both sales revenue and operating performance achieved growth. Projects in major areas are progressing smoothly. At the same time, we are actively preparing and will continue to explore new markets. We aim to provide customers with better service.” He furtherly said, “We will increase investment in R&D, sales and after-sales service. Huaming is striving to become a more efficient, stronger, and customer-oriented company.”
Huaming's overseas market in 2021 will be more blooming. Through WEG and Trael, Huaming's Latin American branch won the order for 35 units of CV2 tap-changers (transformer 138kV) used in Energisa, Brazil's third largest power grid. The European region is not to be outdone: Alcoa re-purchased one set of 3xCMI-500/72.5C-20961G through the Italian transformer OEM Specialtrasfo. This is already the third order for this project. Besides, equipped with Huaming tap-changers, Getra won the Italian railway RFI project, 34 units CM2 three-phase tap-changer. In addition, the performance of the Russian market is eye-catching: Huaming won a nuclear power project for the first time, with a total of 28 units of tap-changers. The transformer OEM is SMTT, Russia, and the final destination is Turkey.
